BACKYARD TAKEOVER MONTHLY GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances. ELIGIBILITY: Open to adults age 18 or older who reside in Greenwood County, South Carolina, and have permission to use the backyard entered. The property must be suitable for safe delivery and setup. One entry per customer per calendar month. Entries submitted using multiple email addresses to evade this limit may be disqualified. HOW TO ENTER: Submit the entry form on this page, including your name, email, city, ZIP code, party idea and one to three backyard photos. Each monthly entry period ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on the last day of that month; the next period opens at the start of the following month. Submit a new entry for each month you wish to enter; entries do not carry over. Marketing consent and permission to use photos publicly are optional and do not affect entry or chances of winning. PRIZE: One rental selected with Jumping Jax that fits the winner’s backyard, including delivery and pickup within the eligible area, with a maximum total retail value of $400. Selection depends on inventory availability and safe site requirements. The rental date and standard rental period will be arranged with the winner, subject to availability. The prize has no cash alternative. DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: One eligible entry will be selected at random from each month’s entries after that period closes. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries in that month. The winner announcement is planned for the first day of the following month; the winner will be contacted using the submitted contact information. If the selected entrant cannot be reached, does not respond within 72 hours of notification, is ineligible or declines the prize, an alternate may be drawn. GENERAL: Jumping Jax may verify eligibility and property suitability before awarding the prize. Incomplete or fraudulent entries, and entries exceeding one per customer per month, may be disqualified. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
